Introducing NEAT

Coming soon

Meet your new AI coworkers.

NEAT, Neticca Embedded Agentic Teams, is a team of specialised AI agents being built to plan, build, review and test work together, with people approving what matters.

Not another assistant waiting for a prompt.

The big idea

AI assistants answer. AI teams execute.

Most AI tools start with a conversation: you ask, it answers, and you work out what happens next. Real work rarely takes one skill. A website needs planning, building, review and testing. A sales campaign needs research, outreach and follow-through.

NEAT is being built around a different idea: give a goal to a team of specialised agents, each bringing its own skill.

Not just an answer. Work that moves towards done.

A typical assistant

  1. You ask
  2. It answers
  3. You coordinate the rest

NEAT, as designed

  1. You set the goal
  2. The team plans, builds, reviews and tests
  3. You approve

Meet the team

In development

Different talents. One shared goal.

Each agent has one job. Together they work like a team.

  • Bob the builder

“You imagine it. I’ll build it.”

Bob is being designed to turn a brief into pages, features and working prototypes.

Ask Bob to: draft a landing page for a new service.

  • Finn the reviewer

“Good isn’t good enough until it’s checked.”

Finn checks work against the brief, finds gaps and sends clear feedback before anything moves on.

Finn checks: does the page say what the brief asked for?

  • Jarvis the coordinator

“Give me the goal. I’ll organise the team.”

Jarvis breaks a goal into tasks, assigns them and keeps track of what depends on what.

Jarvis plans: who builds, who reviews, who tests, and in what order.

  • Q the tester

“If there’s a bug, I intend to find it.”

Q tests how the result behaves, from key journeys to phone layouts, and reports what fails.

Q tests: forms, links and every screen size.

  • Alex the researcher

“The answer starts with a better question.”

Alex researches markets, companies and competitors and turns the findings into a short brief.

Ask Alex to: map the competitors for a new service.

  • Charlie the communicator

    “I’ll find the right words.”

Charlie drafts emails, updates and copy in a clear, consistent voice.

Ask Charlie to: draft a status update for your stakeholders.

Also in development

  • Dex the data expert
  • Echo the operator
  • Gate the guardian
  • Hank the historian
  • Ivy the integrator

The Website Team, illustrated

One brief. A whole team.

The brief“Create a landing page for our new analytics service. Match our branding, explain the offering, and include a contact form.”

  1. Jarvis organises

Reads the brief, splits it into tasks and sets the order.

  2. Bob builds

Creates the structure, layout, styling and form.

  3. Finn reviews

Compares the page with the brief and flags gaps.

  4. Q tests

Checks links, the contact form and phone layouts.

  5. You approve

Review the result, ask for changes, or approve it.

Inside the review loop

Finn catches it. Bob fixes it. Q confirms it.

An illustrative exchange: the kind of loop the Website Team is being built to run before work reaches you.

Finn the reviewer

The contact form has no confirmation message on phones. The brief says visitors should know their message was sent.

Bob the builder

Added a confirmation state and checked the form at phone widths.

Q the tester

Tested on phone and desktop. The form sends and the confirmation shows. ✓

Jarvis the coordinator

All checks passed. Ready for your approval.

Concept preview. NEAT is in development, and this shows how the Website Team is being designed to work.

People stay in control

AI can do the work. People stay in control.

The principles NEAT is being built on.

  • Approval first

Consequential actions wait for a person to approve them.

  • Reviewed and tested

Work is checked by a second agent and tested before it reaches you.

  • Clear limits

Each agent works only within the permissions it is given.

  • Always visible

You can see progress and problems, ask for changes, or stop the work.

FAQ

Questions about NEAT.

What is NEAT?

NEAT stands for Neticca Embedded Agentic Teams: teams of specialised AI agents being built to work through multi-step business tasks together, with people approving what matters.

How is NEAT different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers a prompt. NEAT is designed around specialists that divide the work, share context, check each other and move towards one goal.

Can I hire Bob on his own?

NEAT is built around teams first. Each agent has its own job, and individual agents have not been announced as a product.

What will the Website Team do?

Read a brief, build pages or features, review them against the brief, test them, and prepare the work for your approval.

Will NEAT replace employees?

NEAT is designed to support teams, not replace them. People set the direction, make the judgement calls and stay accountable.

Is NEAT available?

Not yet. NEAT is in development, starting with the Website Team. Other teams are being explored.
