How Neticca handles personal information: what we collect, why we have it, and how to get it removed.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
The short version
1. Who we are
Neticca is the trading name of Nextikaran Technologies Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India. That company is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Neticca, Inc. is being incorporated in Canada and will take over that responsibility from early 2027. We will update this page when it does.
You can reach us at privacy@neticca.com. If you need a postal address, ask and we will give you one.
2. What we collect
Two things, and nothing beyond them.
- What you give us. Your name, your company, your work email, the role you are hiring for, and how you want to hire. That is the entire enquiry form.
- What your browser tells us. Standard website analytics collected through cookies, described in section 4.
We do not ask for a phone number, there is no free text message box, and we do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
3. Why we use it, and where it goes
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to work out whether we can help with the role, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to.
Submissions are stored in our CRM, which runs on Odoo, a hosted business software platform. Odoo holds the information on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. Our team reviews each enquiry there, and a person replies to you directly.
The form does not send an automated confirmation email. You will see a message on the page confirming it went through, and someone follows up from there.
We do not add enquiries to a mailing list, we do not run automated sequences, and we never sell or rent your details.
4. Cookies and content from LinkedIn
This site uses cookies for basic analytics: which pages get visited, and how people move through the site. We use that to improve the site, not to build profiles of individuals. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Our blog page embeds posts directly from LinkedIn. Those embeds are served by LinkedIn and set their own cookies when the page loads, under LinkedIn's privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather avoid them, block third-party cookies in your browser or skip that page.
5. How we source business contact details
We also reach out to people at companies we think we can help. We find business contact details through professional networks such as LinkedIn, company websites, and business data providers. We use business contact details only, never personal accounts.
Every message we send says who we are and how to stop hearing from us. Reply with "remove", or email privacy@neticca.com, and we will delete your details from our records.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work together: 12 months, then deleted.
- People we have contacted directly: kept until you ask us to stop, or until the record is clearly out of date.
- Clients: for as long as the engagement runs, and afterwards for as long as our contracts and accounting obligations require.
7. If you are a client
This notice covers the Neticca website. How we handle information inside your own systems during an engagement is governed by the agreement you signed with us, not by this page.
In practice, work happens in your cloud and your accounts, and client data is not routed through Neticca infrastructure. Your agreement is the place those commitments are written down.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop contacting you
Email privacy@neticca.com and we will respond within 30 days, usually a lot sooner. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not make a change quietly and leave the old date in place.
Questions about anything on this page? Email privacy@neticca.com and a member of the team will answer.
